Laboratorium ini dirancang untuk mendekatkan mahasiswa pada dunia profesional konstruksi dengan mengenalkan metode dan perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam proses manajemen proyek secara aktual dan efisien.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"625\" data-end=\"1070\">Fasilitas laboratorium ini dilengkapi dengan <strong data-start=\"670\" data-end=\"705\">komputer berspesifikasi memadai<\/strong>, serta <strong data-start=\"713\" data-end=\"749\">perangkat lunak manajemen proyek<\/strong> seperti <strong data-start=\"758\" data-end=\"839\">Microsoft Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, dan software estimasi biaya konstruksi<\/strong>. Dengan kelengkapan tersebut, mahasiswa dapat melakukan berbagai praktik seperti penyusunan jadwal proyek (scheduling), analisis jalur kritis (CPM), pengendalian biaya (cost control), serta simulasi perencanaan sumber daya proyek.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1072\" data-end=\"1407\">Laboratorium ini juga menyediakan <strong data-start=\"1106\" data-end=\"1142\">alat bantu visual dan presentasi<\/strong>, serta modul-modul latihan yang mendukung kegiatan praktik berbasis studi kasus nyata.
